Jack is a qualified chef who has worked in a number of restaurants including Funny Funny Korean Restaurant and Pub in Brisbane, Kwang-Bok Korean BBQ Restaurant in Strathfield,Ma-Po Korean BBQ Restaurant in Sunnybank, Eschalot French fine dining Restaurant in Berrima, Hotel Canobolas in Orange and The Ophir Hotel in Orange. He also owns and operates several Sushi & More restaurants in Sydney. Jack has a Diploma of Hospitality Management anda Diploma of Business.
